Which blu-ray feature annoys you the most?

Well, it looks like the crash will allow me to bring this topic back to life with hopefully enough poll choices to keep everyone happy.

So, let's all vote again, which feature annoys you the most or if they don't annoy you, which do you think the studios have in place to ensure they get the most bang for their buck?

1) 3D

2) Digital / UV Copies

3) Special packaging (Slipcovers, Steelbooks, Collectors Packaging)

4) Box sets released prior to single disc release (Example: Fox & Hound 2-Movie pack released prior to individual releases)

5) Too many or unnecessary extras (director's cut, unrated version, commentary)

6) Bare boned rentals (rentals that don't include any extras and at times might have lower quality audio)
