United Kingdom Question about blu-ray packaging

Hi guys,

I ordered Captain America 3D from Amazon.co.uk when it was first released and when I received it it came in the packaging that looks like it's been repackaged (if you know what I mean).

So I sent it back and they sent me another one that came in the proper celophane wrapping. Unfortunately this one was damaged so I had to send that back.

After the second time I had to wait for a refund and I ordered it again. It's turned up today and again it's not in the normal celophane wrapping, more like the wrapping of the first one that looks like it's been re-wrapped.

I've actually taken the wrapping off this one and the plastic that holds the inlay slip in place is quite wrinkled but the disks look OK.

I sent the first one back after I read on here that that sort of exterior wrapping is a re-wrap of a returned item (but as it was received on the day of release I don't see how it could be).

So can you let me know if you think this one is also like that? I've opened it now so not sure if Amazon will accept the return anyway but I don't like the case plastic being all wrinkled... am I being picky? And is it a re-wrap do you think?

Thanks,
Richard.
