Dirty Harry Collection (Issue with Magnum Force) - Blu-ray Forum

I seem to be having a problem with the Magnum Force disc in this collection. Oddly enough I have watched each film in the set once already with no issues but now I have a freezing issue at around the 10:41 mark of the film.

Anyone have this problem or know what might be causing it? I don't see anything about any problems with the set on this forum, perhaps I'm not looking in the right spot. What should I do?

I've been holding out on this set until it drops in price. $48 and change is still too high over at Amazon.

My disk was fine. never heard anyone else have a problem either.

Well I'm going to give the disc another try, watched another movie & it worked fine so it's not my player. Still don't know why it would work the first time I watched it & now I watch it for a 2nd time & now its pissing me off freezing up

I tried again & it still freezes up at around the 10m 40s mark. Think if I contact Warner about it that they'll replace it? I bought it on ebay for $35 brand new.

perhaps your player needs an update - the same freesing happened to me on FANTASIA 2000 and that was some time before the player broke down

thanks for the response but I did finally get my message into Warner Bros. They are going to ship me a new copy. We'll see how that works out.

Anyone heard if Dirty Harry will be released by itself in a standard bluray case? I just don't like the digibook look and don't want to buy it with Magnum Force.

Hey I don't either. I also want the standard case version. The digibooks I just don't really get. Also I would like them to release the other four separately.

I bought the "double movie" collections. The only problem I had was with some visible vertical black lines that appear in "Dirty Harry".
