Default Jeanne Moreau Cineaste box (Carlotta): Lillian Gish documentary 1983

I see this new release listed, while I'm a fan of Lillian Gish, I'm not enough to have known about a documentary on her from 1983 by (mainly) actress Jeanne Moreau.
I don't see a thread dedicated to Lillian Gish (searches came up empty). Does anyone know about this movie? Not sure I want to buy a box set with those three movies just for this one?

This trailer for the set has a few clips from the Lilian Gish documentary which gives a taste of the film, albeit a brief one.

I've not seen it but I understand it's a 60-minute filmed interview conducted by Miss Moreau and made for TV.

Ah merci beaucoup, there is also Simone Signoret! I think I was crazy not to have immediately purchased it. And I can't wait to watch the Lillian Gish documentary.

Kino will be distributing it in the US, with a January 23rd release date

Just received my copy, it looks really well done. Will give the discs a play in the next days.

Just watched the Lillian Gish documentary. It lovely and Miss Gish is as sharp as a tack and seems charming.

The image comes from a tape source but looks amazingly good, as if it were restored 16mm film (the original shooting format) in HD.

Indeed, they do not. A shame, given that Carlotta are releasing the same thing in the U.S., so they'd clearly have the rights to do so.
