In for both Muppets and Avengers, but do I ever miss the days when Disney released their limited editions in high-quality steel cases (i.e. Steelbook, IronPack). These Viva Metal Cases blow.

I honestly like the Vivas better than the Iron Packs. Darn it I just bought the regular Tangled! Why the heck did they not come out with it last year?

Would actually love to own all of these except for maybe Frankenweenie. Not sure why a short film is getting its own release but who am I to judge. Might as well start saving up for my Avenger Collection. Man my wallet is going to get light real quick.

LOL

Very excited for these. Good to see that they're going back to Tangled. Maybe all is not lost for some of the other older releases like Alice in Wonderland, Dumbo, and Fantasia.

Chappps - Frankenweenie is currently being made into a feature film.

I would have preferred this to be the wave:
Fox & The Hound (instead of Muppets)
John Carter
Lady & The Tramp
The Avengers
Dumbo (instead of Cinderella)
Brave (Pixar)
Tangled
Tron: Legacy (instead of Frankenweenie)

I'm a little disappointed that Dumbo and Alice in Wonderland get the shove.

Happy that Tangled got the nod, hope they use the beautiful G1 Mexican artwork.

Cool

The Avengers? The Paramount Pictures/Marvel Studios film? Is it being released outside the US by Disney?

Paramount is no longer the distributor of the Marvel films. Disney takes over starting with this film.

Go on the Futureshop forum post and tell them you'd be interested. Several people already have - maybe if they see enough interest... who knows? They're pretty responsive on their forum and the guy says that Disney hears about all the responses.

I have most Disney's big release on either steelbook, ironpack or metalpak.

I'd love to get most of these but I really wish Best Buy would get some of these!!
Looks like I'll have to double dip as I already have Lady and the Tramp and Tangled.

Wonder if the Avengers will come with movie rewards?
