Not to my knowledge; the price you pay is the amount of the GC.

No. They just scan and activate the card when you bring it to the register. A $25 Amazon gift card will cost you $25 and nothing more. The same goes for the higher ones. $50 GC will cost $50, $100 GC will cost $100.
