Default Advantages of an HTPC case/cabienet over a normal one.

I currently use my PC for playing my blu-rays. I have a Coolermaster Haf X cabinet/case and I would like to know the advantages of an HTPC case/cabinet?
Is it possible to fit the following components into an HTPC cabinet?(They seem much smaller.)

Samsung Blu ray drive
2x Lg blu ray drives
Nvidia GTX 460
AMD Athlon Dual core processor 2.7 GHz
8gb Ram
4x 1tb hard drives.

Also, how effective is the cooling? My pc is on 20 hours a day.

Other than that an HTPC case would look cooler and blend more with the other equipments of your HT, it is just a case.
When looking for one, make sure that you get one that will fit all your drives.
When I was shopping for mine, I liked an Antec case however it only held 2 hard drives and I wanted at least 4.
The one I currently have holds 6

The HTPC case(can't remember the model) I use comes with an IR sensor(so I can use my harmony remote) and a smal lLCD screen on the front showing the equaliser and track info etc.
It's a full size case so it's a bit bulky, but it fits in the slot in my TV cabinet so it's fine.
As for whether you can leave it on for 20 hours a day well, it's a normal PC. As long as it gets ventilation so it can keep itself relatively cool you shouldn't have any issues.

The big problem with a HTPC case is it wont accommodate three DVD/bluray drives and 4 hard drives...

The best larger HTPC cases I have seen are these two
first one from Lian-Li
see here

or the Zalman
see here

I have used a Zalaman HD 501 to build a HTPC for a friend and it is a very nice case.
His case had a Bluray/dvd drive and 4 drives installed.

The number of DVD/bluray drives and hard drives really means a Tower case
is your only option..from either Lian Li or
a case like this one from Fractal Design...
