I know this is a bit late, plus last year didn't go so hot, but i will give this another shot any way. A big complaint from last year is that i essentially chose all the nominees and there were some movies/people not nominated that people weren't happy about and it seemed like some people didn't want a limitation on what they can vote for. So this year no nominations! You are free to vote for what ever movie/person you want to, but in return i do not want to be asked if "insert movie name here" is a 2016 movie, if enough people feel as though that it should be a 2016 movie then go ahead and vote for it.

The voting will pretty much be the same as last year (except without any nominations of course), for the following categories; Director, Ensemble Cast, Stinkpile (Worst Picture), Soundtrack/Score & Unappreciated you are allowed to vote for up to two choices (you are allowed to assign your two choices a total of 4 points (2-2 or 3-1), if you just number them #1 & #2 i will assume to give #1 3 points & #2 1 points & if you don't number them i will assume 2 points each, or you can just list one choice and it will get 4 points), for Best Picture you are allowed to vote for up to three movies (you are allowed to assign your three choices a total of 9 points, if you just number them i will give #1 6 points, #2 2 points & #3 1 point, & if you don't number i will assume 3 points each) & for all other categories you are only allowed to choose just one. Lastly for Breakthrough performance i would prefer you to only vote for for some one who is 25 and younger and for Unappreciated i would prefer it to be a movie will less then 10,000 user ratings on Rotten Tomatoes, your votes will not be disqualified if they don't meet the recommended qualifications as i don't expect people to do research (although the age one shouldn't be that hard) or make it so you can't vote for something you really want to that barely exceeds the limit. Voting ends February 25th and i will try to post results the next day.

15. Breakthrough Performance

16. Best Supporting Actress

17. Best Supporting Actor

18. Best Actress

19. Best Actor

20. Best Director (allowed 2 choices)
