The film wasn't 3D and looking at the box office, it's barely been released internationally.

Yes, this was never in 3D to begin with. I am a little surprised that it isn't even getting a Blu-ray release at all.

My apologies for my error regarding 3D. Could have sworn it had a 3D theatrical release...but I see there is no listing of it whatsoever.

Still.....pretty odd it's only coming out on DVD and digital with no blu release (at least the way it looks now there is no mention or hint of a blu release)

Movie did do TERRIBLE at the box office.

Disney inherited this in the Lucasfilm deal. I can *kind of* understand their not wanting to put any more money into this. Still, though: a version on blu can't be that much more expensive than DVD...
