Ok here is my question:
I currently have an ONKYO TX-SR309 It has low wattage per speaker and is only 5.1. I'm considering adding bass shakers to my couch so to that I need to get a second receiver/amp to power them. I'm wondering if I got an older non-hdmi 7.1 receiver that was 100 watt per channel would I be able to connect my speakers to it and connect that receiver to my current Onkyo and still get HD audio and 3d pass through and weather I would then get 7.1? |
