I saw an early screening of this last night. It was very well done for a first-time director.
The black and white photography was nice. I like how the white popped more in the beginning but turned darker over the course of the film.

Thompson and Negga were great.

I didn't know this was a Netflix acquistion, nice. Perhaps a chance at having a Criterion release then.

Good god, this was lovely. Easily one of my favorites of the year. Hall is having herself one damn good year, isn't she? Between this, Godzilla vs Kong (completely forgot she was in that lol) and The Night House.

She’s having a great year. Night House was good and this looks promising as well. Glad it’s on Netflix now.

It sure is - is the Academy even legit anymore? Have they been for a while now? Bleh. No wonder why more people attend the show than watch it these days.
