I currently live with my folks while in college but I wish to move out for the first time in the next year; perhaps sooner.
Right now I have a good deal. I own one of the TVs and a lot of the toys attached it. Bought and paid for with my own money. They pay the cable TV and HD DVR bill though. If I get my own place, I don't think I'd need cable. Any program I watch can be downloaded the next day and streamed over via PS3. As for broadcast networks, I can pay $100 for Tivo box, plus $20 a month and simply record all my CBS, FOX etc... show in HD for $20 a month right? Just wondering if this seems a good cheap solution to anyone else, or if you've had pros and cons with Tivo |
