Some of these titles have never been available on Blu-ray or DVD. In addition, bonus content is currently in development by Shout! Factory for special editions and double features.

I clicked on this thread all excited after seeing that title, but then I remembered I've actually got Capricorn One on Blu-ray!

New transfer? or like Boys mentioning ITV might mean that it is the same master

It's too early to say, but it will probably be the same.

It should have a new encoding at the very least, and likely on a BD-50 disc rather than a BD-25 which might also improve things.

Did the DVD if there was one, have extras? The conspiracy Moon stuff is worth some feature.

The new CAPRICORN ONE Blu-ray is being released in England on August 4.
Does anyone know if it's remastered or just a re-release of the old Blu-ray?

It's definitely new -- not a repackage -- as it has extras on it...the older disc had nothing on it at all. Should have an improved transfer and sound too (and it wouldn't take much, the old disc was MPEG2 and Dolby Digital).
