Inception Briefcase scratches and marks. - Blu-ray Forum

I got my briefcase recently and there are quite a few scratches and large marks on the case, going to hopefully get a replacement ASAP.

Did anyone else experience this?

I did. I think a good chunk of people got their's with a scratch or scuffs on it. I never got a replacement because that one took forever to get to me and it was a hassle getting it anyways. I feel the pain though haha

I'm worried if I send it back I'll get an even worse one.

If it is still a widespread problem, you very well could get an even worse one. That's why I hate having to get some of these items as they can arrive pretty beat up.

If you can live with it, keeping what you have is probably your best bet.

I guess, the most noticeable part is the top silver outlining which has pretty big black marks on it. I might post pictures later for you guys to judge if mine is worse than most. Hopefully it's not.

Got mine from them way back when they were first annnouced. No problems with mine.

That's a shame. I got the UK version, powdre and it's perfect.never heard of them coming scratched.?
