PlayStation Norway has posted a picture of Norwegian explorer Fridtjof Nansen, accompanied by a mysterious teaser site pointing to a March 22 reveal.
In the image, which was published on Facebook, Nansen's face is obscured by the word 'uutforsket', which translates to 'unexplored', or uncharted if you will.
According to his Wiki page, Nansen is famed for crossing Greenland and also reaching a record northern latitude of 8614′ during his North Pole expedition.
While the teaser website attached to the post doesn't have any overt references to Uncharted, the imagery and music is very reminiscent of Naughty Dog's franchise.
On top of that, Sony Denmark launched a similar teaser campaign in the lead up to the release of Uncharted 3, which let visitors follow in the footsteps of fictional treasure hunter Wilhelm Von Bernhoff.
Naughty Dog is currently split into two teams. Its newest - which includes many of the people that have steered Uncharted to success - is working on The Last of Us. Neither Sony nor Naughty Dog has provided any details about what the Uncharted team is up to.
