I want the 3-D version.
The cover art is only for the 2-D. Play.com and HMV don't have the 3-D on there sites for pre-order yet

If you look on the disc description it says the Blu ray disc plays in both 2D & 3D version like Pirahna - http://www.play.com/DVD/Blu-ray/4-/1...rlrefer=search

Check my post above - both play and amazon say the blu ray disc plays in both 3D and 2D there just not doing separate releases like the US.

Watched this yesterday. The UK bd has the most apalling banding around Jonah King & The Accountant, when they are shown relatively close-up, amidst the smoke filled finale. A consequence of placing 2d and 3d versions of a digitally shot movie, onto just one disc? It looked bad.

Disc already sold (I didn't like it enough to keep). so I can't be more specific. I'd be highly surprised if the US standalone 2d release looked the same.

The US version of the 2D is supposed be one of the best release around, demo quality is what most people have called it.

I liked this movie.
However will wait for price drop.
The Final Destination blu which contains both 2D/3D versions did not have any issues.
The reason for it cant be that both versions are on the disk as its part of the 3D Bluray spec that current 2D players can play back the 3D disc in 2D, if this would cause any visual quality lowering I doubt they would have added it to the spec.

Default drive angry UK blu ray audio dropout

Hi people,

having watched the UK blu ray of Drive Angry last night, has anyone else experienced the audio and visual dropout at the chapter where they are both on the bridge talking after the accountants car goes over the bridge? It's only a second long, but looks like a very bad dvd layer change! The DVD is fine, but the blu ray seems to be the problem.
