Universal Classic Monsters - Anyone find it in stores? - Blu-ray Forum

I checked my local Wal-Mart, FutureShop & HMV & none have gotten the Universal Monsters set.

Anybody have any luck besides ordering online?

I looked everywhere in Ottawa, Ontario, and no stores have this one.

- Walmart
- HMV
- Future Shop
- Best Buy

I ordered mine from Amazon.co.uk

I found three sets at the Best Buy in Winnipeg but I'm not biting at $134.99.

I also have my set on order from the UK.

No stores in my area have it , and I'm not paying the "Monsterous" price for it , so I'm getting the Amazon UK set at $53 (shipping included)

A got the only copy from an HMV store, here in Mississauga. Same could be said at a second Mississauga HMV. Both stores only had one copy.

I received my copy from Amazon.co.uk yesterday (I live near Ottawa, Ontario).

Picture quality is amazing and everything play fine on my Region 'A' player!!

Mine arrived yesterday! About $52cdn shipped from amazon.co.uk

It was packed with a couple other films tightly, and so the outer box has a couple of squished-while-shipped bends, but still looks pretty damn good.

Argh! Sorry I'm late on this one. I didn't this thread existed but I should have posted the Black Friday deal.

Amazon.uk has the region free set for £33.99. That's roughly $50 with shipping. It was£25.99 on Black Friday, therefore $41 CAN.

Got mine 2 days ago and it's one gorgeous set a 1/4 of the Canadian price.
