I was watching Mr. Holland's Opus this morning and was thinking about all of the really bad movies about teachers which get released on BD and wondered why these great films aren't released on blu-ray.

I'm definitely all for "Rennaissance Man."
Unfortunately, none of these seem to be really hot top-selling commodities in any studio's catalogue. I think we'll be lucky if any of them come to Blu-Ray. ![]() |

I hope not... but you are probably right. Although "The Miracle Worker" is a classic. I would love to have both versions of "Goodbye Mr. Chips".. the last one just to watch Peter O'toole. And "Mr Holland's Opus"... and, for a few laughs, "Teachers"...... And, "From Sir, with Love". I must stop writing now, or I will justify my need to own all the films on the list.
