Who has it? Is it Region Free? Does it work on a PS3 made in the USA?

I don't have it, but yes...it is Region A.

Thank you, but why is the UK edition released as Region A?

Eagle Rock Entertainment/Eagle Vision releases are almost always Region-Free.

I have reviewed a pretty large chunk of them and own about 85% of all Eagle Rock releases and have never encountered a Region-Locked release.

The company has offices all over North America and Europe and they like to release for multiple regions.

Yes. All of the Eagle Rock releases that I've covered are marked as Region-Free.
