MLB 13 Question

this is probably a dumb question but the PSN store have this game on sale for $9.99, but do i need the online pass for roster updates? or now that season is over should it be fully updated? i really don't want to play online but i want the roster update to the last day of season, i am thinking its doesn't come with online pass because its recommended me buying the online pass

Digital games don't need an online pass... The online pass was to recoup money lost from used games sells. Since you're buying it "new" from the "PSN" store there's no need for the pass.
