The Incredible Hulk skipping problem

Does anyone else have this problem with the Edward Norton film? Playing on a playstation 3.

It's when Banner returns to america, the university and notices he needs ID to get into it. He looks on the teacher roster and sees "elizabeth ross". At this point I think the scene change is supposed to go to outside the pizza place.

The problem is, on my disc, it pauses as he's looking at the name of liv tyler's character, for a good few seconds, then cuts immediately to them talking (Banner and the pizza guy) and Banner's asking for a room at the pizza place. I don't think it's missing much but it's quite distracting.

I've tried it a few times and it pauses at the exact same spot every time, although it doesn't necessarily resume at the same place, sometimes it skips to when they are talking in the pizza place, sometimes it skips to when he's giving the pizza to lou ferrigno.

I can't see any smudge, dirt or scratch on the disc, and this is the first time I've had a disc skip like this. Anyone else have this problem?

Sounds very much like a faulty disk. The pause is a big give away.

I've seen that kind of thing before on Chariots of Fire and Lion King. Just exchange it.

Was really hoping this was literal. I'm sure it would be a problem if the Incredible Hulk was skipping. Imagine the damage.
