Default Help please

In the past week, I bought a Sharp 60LE745 3DTV and then, since my old audio receiver didn't have 3D pass through, I bought an open box Samsung HW-D7000. That receiver has this 'Arc' tech where everything plugs in and it goes out to HDMI 1, if that tv has ARC as well, which my new one does, though a different brand. I ran the high speed HDMI cable from the out to the TV. I got Lion King 3D to work. When I went to switch over to TV I started having a problem. Now no matter how many times I do it, 'HDMI' flashes on my screen and I can't see cable or the PS3. I tried swapping out cable so the one from the PS3 to receiver is high speed for the 3D but that won't work either.

Tries a live chat Samsung rep. They told me problem may be with the Sharp TV, since all HDMI cable are in tightly. I'm going mad here. I've spent so much money. Why won't this work?
