Default Cheap blank Blu-ray discs

We should start a thread that has links to places selling blank blu ray media for cheap. I'm in search of some good deals on dual layer media, other than ebay. If anyone can point me to someplace selling discs for under $10 each that would be great.

If you buy in bulk (10 disks) they can be had for $10 and under on ebay.

I usually get my 25gb discs from Fry's. They have 15 pack cake boxes from Memores,Philips, or Ridata for $20-$30 on sale frequently.

I need to get a Blu-ray burner for making promotional copies of my work. Good to see that the media is dropping down in price. But it's still too much for my taste. Then again, I was paying like $20 for a 4 pack of DVD-Rs back when I had gotten my first DVD burner back in 2003. Good, there was always one that would end up being a coaster.

The following seller sells BD-R DL for 15 cents/GB ($7.70 per disc) which is the same price per GB as DVD-R DL. And they are Verbatim. So, it is very reliable. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=300368601798

How reliable is Maxell? Will I likely get coaster? Will it retain its data after 10 years?

I ordered those from that seller and must say I highly reccomend him. Even the the discs were repackaged, meaning not in the original jewel cases, they were put into dual sided plastic dvd sleeves wrapped in bubble wrap and had the original disc packaging wrapped around that. I burned half the pack last night and had one disc that only burned at 1x then failed half way through, whereas the rest of them burned just fine at 4x on both of my different LG burners. I emailed the seller to let him know of my bad disc and I was offered either a refund of the cost of one disc, or a discount on a future purchase... I elected for the refund and had the money refunded very quickly. The discs are labeled at Mitsubishi, but are actually verbatim discs and they work great. I will definitley be purchasing from this seller again in the future.

Mitsubishi = Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation = Verbatim

The Media code for Maxell is Ritek_BR02, which is the same as the Memorex from Frys. I have good results from >10 burns on the Maxell, but I did have a 6% failure rate from Memorex.

As for your second question, you will have to wait ~9yrs to get the answer

I get mine from Sandy Yang on E-Bay. They are very reliable, you can get a 100 pack of 4x disks for 100 bucks. I've never had a problem with them no matter how many times I've used a disk (unlike with other brands like Ritek). They burn and play back fast.
