JAWS Steelbook Canada (FS Exclusive)?

Curious to know that since the UK is getting the SB, will FS be getting it also (like Immortals?). Otherwise, well I'll get the UK version because that SB looks too good to me

The only way this'll receive a SB in Canada is if Universal releases it nationwide. Future Shop only releases Steelbooks for new releases.

Not true. Look at their Alliance, Warner Brother lines. Some of those are older titles. Unless you mean Future Shop Exclusives then yes, they have only released new titles. I bet this will be a universal (no pun intended) sb release like they did for Scarface. UK and Germany has news of one so won't be long before we hear one for Canada.

Not entirely true. Future Shop released the Harry Potter steelbooks after they were available on blu-ray and same with a few of the Disney steelbooks.

That's true. Forgot about those. Anyways, I don't see why Universal wouldn't release Jaws in SB for the initial release. Scarface was done nicely and Jaws would make a good SB.

My guess is no given the history. For example, Psycho was released in Steelbook overseas and not in Canada. Psycho is quite the blockbuster Jaws is, but both are Universal classics.

True. With the US news update that pretty much doesn't confirm a SB release for the US, it looks like there won't be one. Though I am curious if FS will do one later on.

Future Shop usually follows suit of Best Buy (since they are owned by BB) in the US and BB is getting a Digibook

digi book is already up for order in canada but everyone is getting it.

I think I'll snag the DigiBook for this release as it's an all time favorite movie. Not exactly sure if it comes with anything that the standard release doesn't though.
