Cop Land - BD from 2012 with both theatrical and director's cut

In the forum info the disc specification suggests it would be only a 25Gb BD?

I believe it should be a BD50? And could somebody check if the theatrical cut is about 23,17 GB as the Scandinavian BD and if the director's cut is about 19,77 GB as the USA BD?

These file sizes of the main movie are just measured with plain Windows. I'd like to know if there are any differences in the both versions compared with the before mentioned countries releases since I own them, and as a big fan of the film, would love to own the best version available.
