UNDERWORLD Combo Pack *Gorgeous "slipcase"* - Blu-ray Forum

The Netherlands has received an Underworld Combo Pack which features some truly amazing art. I've read that this is a "slipcase", but pics that I recently found on eBay makes it look like a slipbox.

Just ordered this, along with Total Recall: Rekall Edition. Blind buy for me, I haven't seen this movie yet. For all those who want to buy this, beware that this is the theatrical edition, and it seems that it has PAL speedup issues. Just so you know.

EDIT: I see that this is a 2012 repackage, so it may be different to the Dutch 2007 release (which had the PAL speedup). They may have fixed it by now, but honestly I doubt it.

A small update for those who are interested

I received my NL edition of Underworld today. Unfortunately, it's the same 1080i disc as the 2007 disc, so American buyers may want to buy a different edition. My North American PS3 wasn't able to get past the initial copyright/warning screens due to them being 50hz (BDInfo lists the disc as 1080i 25fps). If your player converts to 60hz it will be fine I think.

I have added this edition to the database, so it should show up when it has been approved.

Nice slip, but i won't be getting it as i don't want another 1080i edition of this movie. Such a shame that Sony didn't distribute the movie themselves, as they did release the other 3 over here. Btw the Dutch BD is 1.78:1, does anybody know wether its cropped from the 2.39:1 edition or that it actually has the frame opened up?

It's not 1.78:1 (at least not this combo edition, don't know about the older one), the cover is incorrect. I measured the disc, and it's 2.35:1.
