Or else they're just starting near where they all end up anyway. I guess we'll see in a couple months if it drops significantly or stays here

Every previous LE set I've gotten for 37.99-39.99

Maybe it'll be Louise Jameson that gets interviewed by Matthew Sweet for this season.

Wow, two of my top 3 favourite seasons (26 and 14) released simultaneously.
That's weird. But I ain't complaining.

What are you taking about? They've never been more than this price.

You're in the UK thread.

I'm sure there'll be one for the US release, there has been for every other set - take any pricing issues relating to US prices there.

That's the current Amazon price, I don't think it's the MSRP.
The MSRP appears to be 69.99 like every other set and of course release day price will almost certainly be 33-50% off that like all the other US sets.

It will be more obvious when the normal sites put a listing up with the MSRP listed,

Terrific cover, probably the best one yet. Is that a Victorian London sewer or a time vortex behind you, Doctor? And my you're looking intense. And Heavens to Betsey is that the Time Key, or are you just pleased to see me? (you're clearly not pleased to see me). Sorry. Staring at Tom Baker makes me ramble.

Funny that it's using artwork from one of the show's most racist serials...

Well 'Talons' is my favourite Who story and it's never struck me as racist. It's certainly of it's time. And you clearly wouldn't cast John Bennett as a Chinese character now, anymore than you'd cast Christopher Lee as one. But the attitudes towards the Chinese in the story are Victorian attitudes, and those attitudes are (gently) mocked by the Doctor. It's not racist. That's how I see it anyway.

Very happy with this set. I love the variation between season 12, 14 and 18 but to be fair I love these sets in general. Lee Binding does an amazing job on the artwork for these sets. As does the whole team who produce these. I know the rumour mill is pointing towards season 20 and season 7 being released over 2020 a long with the reissued season 12. It's a bloody good time to be a collector
