I was thinking about getting this, along with the Pulp Fiction set, but I can't help thinking both will receive a nice price drop.

It's a whole bunch of tat really but that hasn't stopped similar sets being closer to a hundred quid than they are fifty so I'm surprised by how cheap this is.

Anybody can tell me the shipping weight for this box set?

Amazon.co.uk will have it in a lightning deal today and I am thinking to get it if the deal was good. Will be using a freight forwarder to deliver it to me in Egypt so I have to make sure of the weight.

Take it 3D disc works in 2D as well? Eg. like Dredd

Did you mean the work around with stop then top menu? Will this work in region A players?

No I just meant is there only 1 disc for 3D and 2D. Dredd only came out with 1 disc so you put the disc in and from the menu select 3D or 2D. I'm guessing A Dame to Kill For works the same

There is 2 discs for Sin City 2 in this set, one 2D and one 3D... The (UK) amaray releases is either 1-disc 2D or 1-disc 3D so I don't think they have been encoded so you can select version from the menu (been a while since we watched it, so I can't remember)

Which means that Zavvi lied (no news there!) when they presented their SteelBook like this: "Sin City 2: A Dame To Kill For 3D - Zavvi Exclusive Limited Edition Steelbook (Includes 2D) - Blu-ray". They have since changed it to: "Sin City 2: A Dame To Kill For 3D - Zavvi Exclusive Limited Edition Steelbook Blu-ray". Did anybody get a mail about them not including a 2D disc in the SteelBook?

If you can de-select 3D on either TV or Player, that is one way to get it to play in "2D" but I'd prefer it if it was a "real" 2D.
