Saw II Director's Cut (Metropolitan)

I've been doing a lot of research to get the best transfers of the Saw series. I purchased Saw 1 from Germany and will be purchasing Saw III from France for the Director's Cut. However, I can't seem to find any information for Saw II from France:

What video and audio codecs are used for this film? Also, how is picture quality and audio quality?

Is this Director's Cut the same version of the movie that is released in the US on Blu-Ray?

If I could get some information on this release, I'd really appreciate it.
