Ooh nice one been waiting for this. With Play's continuous steelbook releasing we must be really close to getting Star Wars on steelbook by now, I can feel it why can't you!

Personally I'd love seperate Star Wars SB's and seperate Star Trek movie SB's!

Excellent, never got round to buying this so, artwork permitting, this might be the reason to do so. If they use either the original poster or the DVD SE artwork then I'll be interested.

Having said that - £16? Even if it is a double-play it's still a catalogue re-release and the original can be gotten for half that price.

IMO £16 is far too expensive for a catalogue steelbook.

I shamefully have never seen The Shawshank Redemption, but this steelbook might just persuade me to buy it, although £16 might be a bit too much. We'll see though.

Have ordered this but I'll most likely cancel or sell it on as I already have the wonderful US Digibook.

Please note that Shawshank Redemption is not a Warner release in the UK.

Looking forward to seeing how it looks. Then it's a toss up between the Digibook and this.

Hmmm.... interesting. Whom, may I ask, is responsible for its distribution in the UK? ANSWER: ITV DVD

EDIT: Who the hell is ITV DVD? And what have they done in the past as far as quality releases?

First ITV steelbook though I believe. Looks like every distributor is jumping on the steelbook band wagon now.

Just outta curiosity, how much does it cost to have an Amazon.ca product shipped to the UK?

Why not just try it out yourself? Go through the process of placing an order up until you get to the "Submit Order" button. It will give you all of the shipping/taxes/purchase totals without having to commit to the purchase. The only thing you won't know about is any customs charges that could arise.

I do this all of the time with Amazon sites around the world to see what shipping would be.

ITV are releasing Colonel Blimp and that is a metal pack not steelbook so may be the same for this.

I don't see the Star Wars movies being released in steelbooks.
And if they do, it should be extremely limited, since I think a Star Wars steelbook would not only look good, but it should be 'special'.
