Correct ... in essence you are "conditioning" the panel's phosphors when you are doing a "break in".

You should use your google-fu and look up D-Nice Panasonic break in slides. Those break in slides should give you a effective break in for that replacement panel.

To me I thought it was because I had just hooked up the Optic Audio cable to the back. Realized I didn't need it so I unhooked it. Then I noticed it a little while later watching Hangover III OnDemand (Component). ![]() It stays there even adjusting the aspect ratio's But thanks for the advice. It's more than likely a ST60. A 60" ST60 for $1000 is a steal (unless it's S60 which in that case, you're losing 3D or a UT50 which does have 3D but it's a slight step below the ST series).

It's more than likely a ST60. A 60" ST60 for $1000 is a steal (unless it's S60 which in that case, you're losing 3D or a UT50 which does have 3D but it's a slight step below the ST series but there is no UT60 series as far as I'm aware). I doubt they have any 50 series in stock.
