There was a third Addams Family flick but I think it was direct to video. It might have also had the TV cast.

You're right about Barbershop. I must have been thinking about Beauty Shop which is more of a spinoff.

Man, when is Beyond Thunderdome going to get a release anyway?

I can live without Honey, I Blew Up the Kid and Honey, We Shrunk Ourselves. But Honey, I Shrunk the Kids definitely needs a Blu release. Such a classic Disney flick.

Good question as I still have my DVD. Warner can't do a Mad Max trilogy set as the first Mad Max film is owned by MGM.

I'd go for Honey, I Shrunk the Kids. I wore that VHS out when it was released and never bothered getting the DVD.

Also, Ace Ventura hasn't made it out yet. It's a trilogy if you acknowledge the direct to video Ace Ventura Jr.

The first two films were announced back in 2010 as a double feature and given an August release date then a few months before they were cancelled. Not sure why Warner pulled the plug on them.

I think a better question is, how many trilogies HAVE BEEN released. (and for the sake of the argument, I'm talking about franchise you think of as Trilogies, even if they have more then 3 movies at this point)

Star Wars Classic Trilogy
Star Wars Prequels
Jurassic Park
Indiana Jones (forthcoming)
Lord of the Rings (both versions)
Back to the Future
The Matrix
Toy Story
The Terminator
Blade
Alien
Scream
Saw
Lion King

Uh... help me out here blu-ray brain trust.

I have the DVD and would love to see Magnolia release this on blu-ray. From what I've read, the German Steelbook version doesn't have english subs.

There are two only two Addams family movies. There was a direct to video movie in the late 90s that had nothing to do with the previous two, and was actually a back door pilot for a new show. That's probably what you're thinking of.
