HMV charges an arm and a leg for international shipping to my country, with the only option being a courier service.
Why not sell it directly, like Metropolis?

Unfortunately we've struck a deal with HMV (only for Touch of Evil) sorry for any disappointment. Maybe a helpful forumite in the UK might be willing to order it for you and then ship it on?

Touch of Evil is a fantastic film, used it in a university project.

BTW, I literally justed watched an episode of Six Feet Under last night, that had them watching Silent Running. I thought it was a made up movie for the show, but I guess not haha. Weird.

**** that HMV deal for the Steelbook of Touch Of Evil. I will have to make the delivery at my gf apartment in Glasgow.

Too bad we won't even be able to order it directly from MoC sales page.

But, hey ! You have to do what you have to do.

You ordered the regular plastic case edition. Steelbook pre-orders are not up yet.

Don't get much into SteelBooks, but I'll make an exception for Touch of Evil.

If I got it right, it looks like shipping to the U.S. (via Air Mail) is 4.50 pounds ($7.20 give or take). That's not too bad. Amz UK would charge three pounds for a single item order.

Thanks for trying, but unlike the majority here, I'm not US-based (I'm Israeli).
I know HMV's shipping to the US is reasonably priced, but shipping to my country (geographically nearer to the UK) costs £18.50,
because I can only choose "OVERSEAS COURIER DELIVERY". Logical? Not very much, but I can't fight the system so I'll have to procure TOE some other way.
