Pretty sure there's already a thread for the Paramount releases.

Directors cut or no buy. Bet this one will sell out though...

Not as nice as the FutureShop. Some variation in the art would have been nice too - maybe have the Minutemen inside rather than a repeat of the cover.

What they SHOULD have done of course is used this for the cover; http://watchmen.wikia.com/wiki/Sally_Jupiter

Embossed/debossed and a DC would make this a win.

I'm not a big fan of the FS version. looks ok but this has a bit more pizazz to it imo. Just hope the finish is good and includes a good version of the movie via DC form

The FS version is the one steel I have that went up in price since I got it. I opened it due to the security strip and found a crease in the case. Oh well. The new one is very nice, but the FS is iconic.

I prefer the play.com design. Hopefully it will also be the director's cut.

I rank the FS watchmen with Indy 4, an expensive steel I'll never have to buy as I just don't like the look of it. Wish I could say the same of Zombieland and others.

Liking play's design of this.
