The Village (2004)

I know this movie gets quite the hate, specially coming from M. Night. But to be completely honest Im probably one of the few people who actually likes this movie (I know a lot of users on here do too). I think the cinematography, atmosphere, music score (mainly) and set design made it all the greater for me. Also the all star cast in it was brilliant. Also this was Bryce Dallas Howard's breakout performance and she nailed her character perfectly as a blind person.

Anyways, this is the type of film that would highly benefit from a Blu-ray release. Considerably in the sound department as the THX 5.1 EX soundtrack found on the DVD is top notch.

I would highly want Touchstone (Maybe now under DreamWorks?) to consider a future release for this. It's actually the only movie from M. Night that hasn't seen the light of Blu-ray.
