Canada Amazon.com import fees deposit
Back on January, I ordered the collector's edition of Avatar and Batttle Royale (back when the latter was available for preorder at 19.99). The total price included twice a 2.68 import fees deposit. Back on March 7, Avatar was shipped and I was charged the 2.68 deposit and I ended up not paying any import fees.
Today, they shipped Battle Royale without charging the fee.

Can anyone tell me what is Amazon's normal procedure concerning the pay back of the deposit (if they do such a thing...)?
