The City of Lost Children - Delayed?

I just received the following email from Amazon regarding my preorder:

Quote:

Unfortunately, the release date for the item(s) listed below has changed, and we need to provide you with a new delivery estimate based on the new release date:

"The City of Lost Children Amazon Exclusive 20th Anniversary Edition [Blu-ray]"
Estimated arrival date: November 17, 2015

I assume everyone who pre-ordered is getting this message?
