Black Friday Deals Threads

I think a lot of members would agree with me on this. I think we need to only allow certain members the ability to create threads in this section. Yesterday we had like 4 of the exact same thread and many pointless ones.

It could either go by join date (people who have been a member for at least 6 months? 1 year?) or posts on the forum (500? 1,000?)

From now until Christmas with all the deals, it is getting really messy and hard to see new deals due to pointless ones that continue to be created. A lot of casual posters come out of lurking mode to post something they think they are the first to know about when in reality there is a 10 page thread already just a suggestion
