Default I think I have a defective disk

I recently ordered the I Robot 3D blu ray from Best Buy this Black Friday and just watched it earlier. It played fine for the first hour 30 but once it got to the robot uprising it started stuttering bad. I tried wiping it with a microfiber cloth and it was still stuttering throughout the last 30 minutes or so. I didn't really have any real issues with other blu-ray films. Except I had a John Wick disk stutter and a Expendables 3 stutter at part but the rest played fine. This is the first to stutter for 30 minutes or so. Who should I contact about this Best Buy or the Manufacturer? Is it the disk or player? (I was playing the 2D version of the I Robot 3D disk)

I recorded my receiver as I wasn't sure what the issue was but I plugged my blu ray player into the t.v. directly through HDMI and it continued stuttering.

t.v.

If you've been previously having playing issues with your discs (besides I' Robot) then it must be your Blu-ray player. Have you ever cleaned the lens? Maybe the lens is dirty.

Not really. I only had issues with an Expendables 3 Blu-ray but only at one scene. The rest of the movie played fine. Valerian and the city of Thousand Planets had a momentary stutter. All other blu-rays i owned and played on it in the past month all played fine with no issues at all. I can try cleaning the lenses though
