Default WalMart Shipping? What a Joke!

Why, oh why would Walmart ship a box set in the cheap ass grey/white envelopes?

[Show spoiler] I just got my "Men in Black" Giftset from them today. Needless to say it will be going back! They did the same thing when I ordered 3 of the "Amazing Spider-Man" gift sets with the mask case. Wish I took pics of those. What a disaster they were.

[Show spoiler]

I really thought they would have shipped this in a box. Good thing I didn't order 2!

Wow, that is just sad! In that bubble mailer, the gift set never even had a chance at survival. Typical Walmart.

When will they learn. I always have the same issue when I order steelbooks from Future Shop. They just toss them in a bubble mailer and they always come dented and beat up.

Wow! But surely that wasn't the condition it was in when it left their warehouse... Just sayin'.

One time I ordered a TV online to be shipped to my home, and the delivery guy literally rolled it end over end to my door instead of using a dolly... I'd like to choke the guy for his lack of consideration. Shippers should handle packages as if they were the ones receiving them.

Yea, I understand what your saying but they should take into consideration how it is going to be handled once it leave their hands. Granted its not a piece of china that you really have to handle carefully but come on...

I don't see anything wrong here.

[Show spoiler] I can hardly even joke about that. I'm sorry, man! You have all my feels on this one!

It defies reason that return expenses are lower than what these online vendors are saving on reasonably protective packaging, not to mention that they would risk customer goodwill and future business by showing they care so little about the condition in which your purchase arrives. I can't even imagine that item not arriving damaged, shipped in a padded mailer. Not sure about the USPS, but UPS and FedEx won't even honor an insurance claim on something packaged that poorly.

LOL what a disaster. Wal-Mart with the fail on that one.

I can understand mailing out single Blus in those envelopes.....but boxsets? Ridiculous.
