Did anyone receive this email from bestbuy for their order of The Dark Knight Rises

I preordered the Dark Knight Rises steelbook at bb.com and paid $4 extra to get expedited shipping so it would arrive faster which it did on release day, standard shipping was already FREE then, but somehow I got this email today saying they had a system error and charged me for shipping. Anyways looks like Im getting my $4 back, just passing this along.
