United Kingdom Is there a list of all the double and triple play releases in the UK?

Just out of curiosity more than anything. The ones that include DVD copies.

Are these being phased out in favour of BD/digital combos?

It just depends on the distributor. Hopefully they'll keep DVD's as I don't always open my BD's and at the moment I don't have any way to play digital copies apart from a PC (which plays DVD's).

I don't like that DC's have expiration dates either, they should be more open ended or at least give you a choice to renew the codes if you buy expired ones with your Blu-ray's.

I hope studios continue to make releases with double and triple play discs.

Anyway, as you requested:

Triple play releases: https://www.blu-ray.com/search/?quic...n=bluraymovies

Double play releases: https://www.blu-ray.com/search/?quic...n=bluraymovies

^^^ above are for UK and Ireland releases.
