The non-broadcast Top Gear films were always a bit poor and not nearly as good as the tv show.
But last years "Worst Car in the History of the World" was a big step up and very enjoyable. Hope this will continue the form.

For what it's worth, that artwork is TBC, and the BBFC site lists him on the special.

I've always liked James May myself so wouldn't be the same without him

This has the comedy highest-ever price of £24.99 right now on Amazon, up from a recent low of £9.22.

Seriously?

The pre-order for the Burma Special is £11.75, for goodness sake.
