agreed.

not to be a jackass, but what use is this thread? so The Fighter is available for pre-order. yeah, shocking. it was gonna happen eventually. but no release date and a price too high (and will probably end up dropping) makes this thread very silly and void of anything useful.

Even films that have release dates are never a for sure thing. Things can ALWAYS change. I see nothing wrong with what I posted.

For the same reason that it is apparently neccessary to post in the Deals forum a new thread for every single price drop at Amazon, even when it is right at the top of the Blu-ray.com home page..

I'm assuming that the reasons are the same since I can't figure out what either one would be.

That bothers me more because the prices come up on the site. I never understand why it's done. I know, just in case someone doesn't see it. Every single one of them I've seen.


For these without release dates is fine, it's been announced and when there's more information it'll be added. Not really a big deal about that

I think it's kind of a buzzkill. When I see a new movie thread started in the blu-ray section I expect there to be a release date. When I open it and the date isn't there yet I feel a little let down. Maybe it's my bad for expecting that, but I think that is why starting a thread without a release date upsets a few folks. Just my opinion.
