Panamorph CineVista Lens Now Shipping - Blu-ray Forum

Just checked the Panamorph website and it looks like the lens is now shipping. Anyone who loves watching movies (which we all do) and is using a projector should definitely look into this. Higher brightness and performance vs standard 16:9 letterbox makes sense to me!

There was a thread where these $1000 lenses were posted, but this is still a terrific deal for a consumer Anamorphic lens. I wouldn't mind getting one of these if I could make a new home theater.

Yeah, they were doing a pre-order special at that price. Its up on different online retailers and AV Science has it for a very good price right now too.
