Maybe around 4-6 months at a time. I have to build up my retail physical PC game collection too and books.

Since the beginning of 2012, I'd say I stopped for a couple weeks at the most, it's no wonder i got more BDs than days of the year.

Since buying them, a few weeks I guess. I at least pick up a major release monthly so I'm never really out of the Blu world too long.

I started converting almost all of my films from DVD to Blu-ray over the summer. Before that, I only had a small collection and I had only watched a couple of them.

When I played video games a lot more in the past, that surprisingly took precedence over movies.

About 6 months but this is mostly due to waiting for catalogue releases that I'm upgrading from DVDs.

I said 2-4 but it's been a long time since I've gone that long without buying something.

I'd say 2-4, usually right after Black Friday. No matter what happens, though...i always have a huge pile of "Yet To Watch". Now that i've started collecting Korean film, it's worse than ever.

Longest in memory since I started was maybe 2 weeks. Every time I try to limit my buying, or at least stick to stuff that I already wanted and new releases (no blind buys, or surprise upgrades), I get drawn right back in...

I stopped buying Blu Rays around last September and switched to just buying Ultraviolet movies. While I still purchase Ultraviolet, there are some I just need to own on Blu ray. Of my collection, the only ones that are actually Blu Ray are Frankenweenie, Finding Nemo and Hook...the rest are HD/HDX VUDU movies. I plan to have at least 500 physical blu rays by the end of the year.

Two years! No I wasn't in prison. In 2010 I lost my yob and decided to move to another part of the country. In order to do this I had to sell everything I had...almost.

Not until 3-4 months ago I did not buy one.

2-4 weeks at the moment. However, I may have to move and buy a new house and stuff, so this might easily balloon into a matter of months.

I have this weird thing where I need to open my movies and it's like a ceremony or something. Blus are my favorite to open. The new ones are the best, too. New release day, tuesday, is like a holiday once a week
