Was just looking at the BB ad and saw this. Do you think they finally got the message about their pricing?

Yeah I hope so. $60.99 for SM Trilogy is the best price out there. I'm sure SM trilogy will sell out fast at Best Buy. I am ordering online and then selecting store pick-up. BTW theres already thread started on this I believe.

Also if you have the BB ad you can take it to Circuit City and get it price matched plus and additional 10% off.

They are also giving away a copy of Spider-Man 3 with the purchase of a BDP S300.

i dont think this is the boxed set thought, if you look closley at the ad, you see it looks like one big blu case, so its probably like the target one. not three individual cases, just one big one.

Why does that matter? Its the only trilogy they are going to have....i wouldnt want 3 individual cases anyway....and yes there is a long thread about this in the "Hot Deals" section.

i think the disparity in the prices is funny. usually cc and bbuy are on par with one another. now after the article about bbuy selling more hd content than anyone they are coming down in price. first meet the robinsons now spiderman. i like it.

cc has it for 79.99 bbuy and frys have it for 60.99. i never thought i'd see bbuy anf frys have the same price

If there are more spidey movies they are atleast 2 years from being in the Theatres and another 6 moths before BR release, at this point I am not worried about them releasing another boxset or anything....hell i would probably just rebuy...i can save 10 cents a day until then to rebuy.

there are only two things being release for SM....SM3 individual....and SM Trilogy individuals covered in a cardboard sleeve...like the M:I Trilogy

So far the best price has been on Barnesandnoble.com for about $40 with tax (with the help of a 50% promotion code circulating the web).

the spidey box set is 3 cases i have it i have had it sence monday. spidey 3 is awsome pq and aq but spidey 1 is a little soft
