Default DMP-BD10AK with Onkyo SR805

I currently have the current equipment:

Oknyo TX-SR805 Receiver
PaniTH-58PZ700U
Pani DMP-BD10AK

How do configure the Onkyo along with the BD player to output DTS HD and Dolby HD when the sound formats are available on the disc?

If you could provide the settings for the DVD player as well as the Oknyo this would be greatly appreciated.

Set them all to PCM output. I don't know if it can bitstream THD but I know it can't do DTS-HDMA

Nope, it can't bitstream THD; that would require HDMI 1.3 which it does not have. Also, the BD10A can only decode DTS-HD HR, and not DTS-HD MA.

Otherwise, as Wicky states, just set your Panny to output PCM.
