Default Audyssey set up question

Hey guys:

First time using this system, and have questions… I upgraded my receiver from and old Sony to this and ran the program to have it “calibrated”… I am hoping someone can look this over and help me out…

Here are the components I have:

Energy TAKE classic speakers… 5 speakers
Acoustic Audio 10” 400 watt SUB
Marantz 1403 receiver

I did the system with 5 locations all around the primary spot as viewed on a video this forum….

Here were my results
FR: -3.5
F: -2.5
FL: -3
SR: -4.5
SL: -3.5
SUB: -10

All speakers were set to small… and the crossover was 100

Now… everything sounds great in terms of the speakers but the SUB sounds week… on the back of my sub I have two knobs one for frequency and one for volume. I have the volume set in the middle and the frequency at approximately 100 (hope that makes sense, its a little past half way gauge starts at 40 – 130 …)

Should I turn the volume/frequency up on the sub? Or should I turn the level up on the receiver?

Basically I am very new to this and just trying to achieve a better sound…hoping someone can help with this info…

Thank you!
