Basic Instinct 2 (2006)

With the first players delayed and now scheduled to arrive sometime in June SPHE have revised their Blu-ray Disc release plans with the initial batch of titles (originally scheduled for 23rd May) pushed back to 20th June 2006 alongside Underworld: Evolution which will no longer by the first day and date title from the studio. Instead that honour goes to Ultraviolet, which remains on schedule for 27th June.

Sony’s second wave of titles, originally due on 13th June have been pushed back to 25th July 2006, while anyone looking for some 1080P nudity can pencil in 11th July on their calendars when Basic Instinct 2 will arrive day and date with the DVD release (expect a separate announcement shortly).
